Terminated Services for Non-payment

Below are links to the District's Rules and Regulations regarding non-payment of water bills, alternate payment and disputation of bills.  CVWD has provided these Rules and Regulations in 6 different languages. Please click on the links below to view the documents.

To comply with Senate Bill No. 998*, the District is reporting the number of residential customers in the last fiscal year who were disconnected for failure to pay their water bills. This information is updated semi-annually and is for the first half of FY 2024 (07/23-12/23).
